Notice of withdrawal from the school should be made in writing – one term before leaving the school – to the Headmaster. The current school year has to be paid in full. In special cases an agreement has to be reached with the Finance Committee. If the school does not receive a written notice of withdrawal for a pupil, his/her contract with the school will automatically be deemed valid for the consecutive year (see point 7 of the application form under “Declaration”). Applications for reduction in school fees are to be in written form addressed to: The Finance Committee, Any queries regarding the bookkeeping are to be addressed to: Mrs Maya du Toit: Telephone – 463280 Cash (monthly) or postdated cheques (12) for the whole school year are to be handed in at the secretary's office. Should fees not be received by the 7th of the month a N$ 30.00 surcharge for reminder phone calls will be levied. |

 PSS Trustees - Loan 2008 The amount of the loan to the Private School Swakopmund Foundation rises annually to keep pace with inflation. Some parents pay by means of instalments over a few years. We would like to encourage parents to commence payments in advance, but also remain fair towards parents who pay the whole amount immediately. 30% of the loan has to be forwarded together with a written enrolment form for the child by the 31st of August 2010. We need this commitment to enable us to recruit teachers, place orders for schoolbooks and plan logistics of the school for the coming school year. By the 15th of November 2010 the whole amount of the loan has to be transferred into the following account:
